A Scot's holiday to Mexico has been left in turmoil after her baggage was sent to the wrong airport for her connecting flight.
But she was met with further confusion at the airport when staff said there had been a mix-up with names. "I asked the woman at the gate who checked on the system and confirmed for me that my bag had been put on a flight to London city. I had no other choice but to board the plane and sort it out in Heathrow. She added the situation raised some 'security questions needing to be asked' and called it some of the 'worst customer experience she has ever had'.
