The L.A.-based rapper who gained recognition as a food influencer for making food recommendations on social media, caught the eye of the mega burger joint itself. When McDonald's revealed the “Icy Girl” was its new Famous Orders celebrity partner back in July, Saweetie says the moment was"better than falling in love.
Previous collaborators have included Travis Scott and J Balvin, with Scott’s meal becoming so successful McDonald’s "I'm super excited. It's like the best feeling ever. I know McDonald's will never turn its back on me. I can always go to McDonald's and order a Saweetie Meal," Saweetie told Forbes the Culture."I think McDonald's just saw that I genuinely love the meal. I'm always remixing their meals on my live. I only really go live when I eat.
