You had bought the two wishbones from SJS Cars, for £965.94, but they didn’t fit your car – a Lotus – properly. This is obviously a lot of money to lose and you have been left frustrated by the lack of helpful response. I contacted Evri as, even though you hadn’t insured your item, it seemed ridiculous that it could admit to losing your parcel and not do anything about it – especially given the high value of the contents.
An Evri spokesperson said: “Mr M booked this delivery through Parcel2Go, an independent reseller of carrier services, and he would have had several prompts to cover these items whilst booking it on their website which he chose not to do.
