Catherine Loye McKay.The victims’ family asked that McKay’s access to Saskatoon be limited, and specifically requested that she continue working with Elders and not be allowed to drive.
The decision stated McKay is expected to continue her involvement with Alcoholics Anonymous, community interventions including working with Elders, and full-time work. She will live with someone the board identified as a “positive support.”every time she applied. “While this history does not excuse or condone your actions it does provide context and suggests the areas that you need to address in order to maintain the balance you have achieved,” the board determined.
