The Washington Examiner's Sarah Bedford speculated on Wednesday that the federal charges levied against former President Donald Trump in relation to his handling of classified documents may be relatively damning, but prosecutors could face an uphill battle as it becomes increasingly clear that he was targeted with more vigor than others in several investigations.
According to Bedford, voters across the country — not solely Trump's supporters —"are sort of tuning it out at this point."
