Anyone with information on the boy or his mother's whereabouts was asked to call 911 or the SFPD tip line at 415 575-4444.
San Francisco police on Saturday sought the public's help to locate a 1-year-old boy who was allegedly taken by his mother from a Panhandle residential facility.
Police reported Chelsea Tamulevich and her son were last seen leaving the facility about 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Authorities also noted the woman was not permitted to leave the facility with her son.
