El Camino claims top spot in Division II bracket, will host Coronado at Oceanside's new William Wagner Aquatic Center
The San Diego Section has been awarded eight of the 24 spots across three divisions in the CIF Southern California Regionals Girls Water Polo Playoffs.El Camino, which lost in the San Diego Section Open Division semifinals, is the No. 1 seed in the SoCal Regionals; it will host No. 8 Coronado at the new William Wagner Aquatic Center in Oceanside in Division II.La Jolla, a loser in the San Diego Section Open Division semis, is seeded No. 5 and plays at San Juan Capistrano JSerra.
Mt. Carmel, the San Diego Section Division III champion, is seeded No.2 in Division III and hosts Eagle Rock at Rancho Bernardo HS. Torrey Pines, San Diego’s Division II champion, is seeded No. 4 and hosts Palisades and Del Norte HS.
