The new Bexar County judge plans to implement public town hall meetings, update county technology and balance power between commissioners.

Sakai said Thursday he also intends to make some structural changes in the role, such as implementing town hall meetings with constituents, updating county technologies like a paper-based court records system, and seeking a better balance of power between the county commissioners.
