The humorous feud continues as a Ryan Reynolds standee invades Hugh Jackman's home in a funny Spirited movie promo. Spirited, a comedy musical retelling the story of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, focuses on the adventures of The Ghost of Christmas Present as he works tirelessly to redeem the unredeemable media consultant Clint Briggs .
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY While Hugh Jackman doesn't appear in Spirited, he and Reynolds have been working together closely in order to produce the upcoming Deadpool 3, with Jackman about to make his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut as Wolverine in Deadpool 3. In the latest chapter of the actors' faux feud, shared by Jackman on his Twitter, a Reynolds standee is seen having invaded Jackman's home in front of his Christmas tree, before urging viewers to watch Spirited.
Everything We Know About Deadpool 3 Of course, while Spirited has its fans, the project that is drawing more eyes is Deadpool 3. The film will serve as Deadpool's introduction to the MCU, while also pulling Jackman's Wolverine out of retirement after his original swan song, Logan. Thankfully, Jackman recently hinted Deadpool 3 features time travel, which means that the upcoming film will not be changing anything that occurred in Logan.
Unlike the mostly light-hearted Spirited, Deadpool 3 will feature the same amount of violence and the same adult humor that the original Deadpool movies did. While Disney has its hands on the franchise, they won't be interfering with the elements that make Deadpool the beloved Merc with a Mouth.
