Andy Robertson's shoulder injury, which will likely keep the defender sidelined for around three months, means Tsimikas fills the void left by the Scotland captain as Everton are welcomed to Anfield for the 243rd meeting between the historic local rivals.Tsimikas is joined by captain Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold in the back four as Ibrahima Konate starts alongside the skipper at centre-half.
