“Audrey Hepburn stars in the story of a modern-day princess who, rebelling against her royal obligations, explores Rome and falls in love with an American newspaperman played by Gregory Peck,” Paramount Home Entertainment’s description of the film reads.Roman Holiday’s 4K Ultra HD release comes with over an hour of special features that give fans an opportunity to learn more about the movie’s costumes, how Trumbo’s blacklisting impacted the film, and more.
In 1954, Roman Holiday was nominated for several Academy Awards, including Best Motion Picture , Best Director , Best Supporting Actor , Best Screenplay , Best Art Direction Black-and-White , Best Cinematography Black-and-White , and Best Editing .
