The Mayor of Doncaster is rallying behind the revival of Doncaster Sheffield Airport, promising a £138 million boost from the city council to breathe new life into the facility.
Reflecting on his time in the police force, the Labour candidate fondly reminisced about key moments in his career, notably the occasion when he helped deliver a baby while stationed in Market Deeping. “I am aware that the Liberal Democrats are doing their best to gain an extra seat on the council,” remarked Duncan. “II haven’t met many people who admit to being Conservative.”
The event, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2022, attracted around 320,000 visitors, requiring costly crowd control measures for future safety.
