A spokesperson for the force said: "We are currently dealing with a serious road traffic collision on Blackburn Old Road, Rishton, Blackburn. .Traffic monitoring service Inrix said: "Blackburn Old Road in both directions blocked, queueing traffic due to serious accident at Wilpshire Road."
