Rival Executives Keeping An Eye On Raptors - RealGM Wiretap

The Toronto Raptors have hovered around .500 all season. After a loss in Orlando on Friday, Toronto is 13-13 on the season.

That underwhelming start has rival front office executives watching to see what Masai Ujiri will do with this underachieving bunch. Ujiri is known for taking big swings when things aren't going how he wants on the floor. Fred VanVleet and Gary Trent Jr. both have player options for next season that they are expected to opt out of. If one, or both, aren't seen as part of the future, Ujiri could choose to get aggressive on the trade market.

The Raptors are also expected to evaluate the long-term viability of Pascal Siakam, OG Anunoby and Scottie Barnes playing together. All three are similarly sized, long-armed players, but there are questions about the floor spacing when all three are in the same lineup.
