Riri Williams' brief time in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever showed that her story in the MCU is repeating a brilliant Spider-Man trick.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever introduced Riri Williams , and her story so far repeats a brilliant Spider-Man trick. As the Marvel Cinematic Universe keeps expanding, more characters are joining the fun, with some of them arriving to take the spot of heroes that are no longer around. Such is the case of Riri Williams a.k.a. Ironheart, the official MCU replacement of Iron Man, though she’s already very different from Tony Stark and his superhero persona.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY In the MCU, Riri Williams is an MIT student and genius inventor who developed a vibranium-detecting machine that, unbeknownst to her, was putting Namor’s underwater kingdom, Talokan, in danger. However, this wasn’t her only invention, as she also built a suit of armor inspired by those of Iron Man, which allowed her to fly and fight like a superhero.
Peter Parker benefited from exposure on social media as that caught Tony’s attention and led to him becoming not only part of Team Iron Man and Stark’s mentee but also to Spider-Man becoming an Avenger.
Riri Is Already Avoiding An MCU Spider-Man Problem Riri and Spider-Man have more similarities beyond their heroic acts being shared on social media. Both are young students who are also geniuses, science and technology-oriented, they make various movie references, have a lot of sense of humor, and have gone through some tragic moments in their short lives, which ultimately have contributed to them becoming heroes.
