Report: China Has Tested A Nuke That Can Dodge American Radars

The U.S. mostly deploys its ABM systems in Alaska and Eastern Europe in order to intercept Iranian and North Korean rockets. But the same systems, redeployed to different locations, couldreduce the effectiveness of the Russian and Chinese nuclear arsenals as deterrents to America’s own nukes.
