The member of congress was the victim of a carjacking. Now, he's calling for changes to help address the problem.
After getting carjacked, Rep. Henry Cuellar, a Democrat of Texas, is calling on the federal government to increase funding for law enforcement. 'We've got to make sure that we provide the resources at the federal level,' he said. 'I think sharing resources and intelligence personnel will be important to address this.
