Join the Liverpool ECHO Memories and History WhatsApp community
From October 4 to 7 2018, Liverpool's Dream brought the Royal de Luxe puppets back to Liverpool for third and final time. More than a million visitors lined the streets of Liverpool and Wirral to watch the 21 mile journey to reunite the Big Giant, Little Boy Giant and Xolo the dog.
The visit was tinged with excitement and sadness; excited to see what the visit would bring - particularly the never-before-seen Little Boy Giant - though knowing they would not return. This week members of the Liverpool Memories and History WhatsApp community have been able to relive the events through the ECHO's photographs and videos.
