Reese Witherspoon is heading to court as her ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe, has been accused of assaulting ex Elsie Hewitt.
It's not clear what Reese's testimony is expected to include, but it'll certainly be interesting to see what she contributes.
Ryan also shared his side of the story in court documents, claiming Elsie came into his home unannounced., Ryan claims that Elsie showed up at his residence at 2:30 a.m. and confronted him. Ryan maintained that he did not hit or kick her, instead saying that he picked her up and moved her to the stairs, where he slipped, causing her to fall.
"Phillippe was very concerned about the safety of his female house guest present in his bedroom, especially with a loud, angry, inebriated, and jealous Hewitt sensing another girl in Phillippe's bedroom," the documents read."Phillippe attempted to block Hewitt's blows to his body, and frantically tried to impede Hewitt's progress toward the bedroom."
