They always put on an incredible show
The Red Arrows' public appearances for 2023 have been announced as they train in Nottinghamshire. The world-famous team will be taking part in a few public appearances this year.
Lincolnshire Live reports they will fly on Friday, June 2 and Saturday, June 3 at Ragley Hall in the aptly-named parish of Arrow in Warwickshire, according to military-airshows.co.uk.The Arrows will perform a flypast over the show on Sunday. The airshow festival began back in 2018 and features a variety of displays - including a 'Nightfire' show, where planes cut through the air with pyrotechnics streaming off their wings.
Due to the relatively short runway, which measures 3,891 feet, many of the participating aircraft have to use the runways at RAF Shawbury near Shrewsbury. July is empty so far but Red Arrows appearances have been penciled in for mid-August. The calendar is empty for the rest of the year, though the Red Arrows' schedule for the upcoming season is typically announced around March and April. Until April 7, the 'Synchro Pair,' which performs the much-loved opposition manoeuvres that are a staple of its aerial shows, will be training in the vicinity of RAF Syerston in Flintham, near Newark.
