Romero, 51, is accused of intentionally touching the genitals of a child younger than 17, with the intent to arouse, according to court documents. As of Friday night, he was in custody at the Montgomery County Jail and was being held on $50,000 bond.
He told police the names of five boys he touched inappropriately, as well as information about when and where the abuse occurred, according to the complaint.
