He spent six days at the Nike HQ in Portland, Oregon where he would spend the morning in the gym doing strength and conditioning work. Rashford looked sharp during his 45 minute cameo in Tuesday’s 4-0 friendly win against Liverpool in Thailand, with further action to come over United’s three matches in Australia.
“I think I had just under four weeks, so I had a long break physically and mentally as well so it’s an opportunity to refresh and get ready to go again.
