It's been a fast rise to Double-A for Rangers first-round pick Wyatt Langford, who's excelled at each stop so far.
Langford, by all accounts, had the profile of a fast riser. The Rangers identified that early.

We felt confident he was ready,” Rangers assistant general managerLangford debuted with Frisco on Monday and went 0 for 4 with a strikeout — just his ninth hitless game as a professional. He came back on Wednesday and, in his second Double-A game, went 2 for 2 with a double, a walk and RBI.“I wouldn’t say I’m too surprised,” he said.
