A person with knowledge of the club’s plans confirmed that White is expected to be active for Tuesday’s game. It is not known, however, how or if he will be used. The Rangers Lefty Cody Bradford, whom the Rangers have twice used to start this season, is the Rangers starter for Tuesday, but he threw 99 pitches in eight innings on Friday and is going on three days rest.in a bullpen game, threw 27 pitches in Monday’s extra-inning game against the Angels.
