As more details were released about the shooting of Missouri teen Ralph Yarl, his father said he became increasingly more upset. The 16-year-old was shot when he went to the wrong house to pick up his siblings.

For the first time since Ralph Yarl was shot on April 13, his father, Paul, talked about the incident.

He recalls finding out about the shooting through a text message from the teen’s mother.
