New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones has struggled as of late, but the Las Vegas Raiders are anticipating his best.
The Las Vegas Raiders did a solid job containing Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love on Monday night. Still, that same intensity will need to be sustained for them to be successful Sunday against the New England Patriots.
Raiders Coach Josh McDaniels was Jones' offensive coordinator during that rookie campaign, and he knows as well as anyone what the former first-round pick can bring to the table. "They've battled the same bug we've battled honestly, with the turnovers and losing opportunities through change of possession. So, I'm sure that's something that they're going to work hard at limiting and getting rid of, and it's the same thing we're talking about. But this is a guy who's a very capable passer in every situation.
"So, I have a lot of respect for him, a lot of admiration for what he did when I was there. It'll be a big challenge for us this week."
