Pursuit of stolen vehicle in Chula Vista ends in arrest [Breaking]
A driver was arrested after leading Chula Vista police on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle Saturday night, police said.
The caller, who claimed to know the owner, then reported that a man had gotten into the SUV and taken off, police said.An officer spotted the vehicle in the area of Fifth Avenue and H Street. The officer followed the vehicle and confirmed the license plate matched information the caller had provided, police said.
After a brief stretch on state Route 125, the pursuit ended on East H Street near Corral Canyon Road.
