Bailey Irvine's puppy, Bailey Lou contracted Canine Parvovirus which can be fatal for a lot of dogs
A dog owner has spoken about her beloved pet that was "fighting for her life" in the vets due to a deadly virus.
"She couldn't eat or drink, she was vomiting and had loose stools. I thought she had maybe eaten something in the garden." It affects the gastrointestinal tract, making it difficult for the pets to absorb the nutrients they need. Unfortunately, once they have the virus, it can be fatal.
