Police investigating two reports of creeper style burglaries in Belfast have arrested a 36-year-old man.

A silver Vauxhall Corsa was stolen from the property and subsequently located at the junction of Bearnagh Drive and South Green on Saturday, September 2.At around 7am on Friday, September 1, police say it was reported to officers that entry was gained to a house at the Corby Way area. It was reported that a sum of money and a silver Hyundai car were stolen during the incident.

"The man, who was arrested on suspicion of a number of related offences including handling stolen goods and burglary with intent to steal, was released on bail to allow for further police enquiries."
