Queen Elizabeth II's granddaughter is currently expecting her first child.
,"Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting a baby in autumn of this year. The Queen has been informed and both families are delighted with the news."
The queen's official Instagram account also shared a photo of Beatrice's wedding day upon the announcement of her pregnancy. The couple recently celebrated their 1st wedding anniversary. They were married July 2020 in anat Windsor Castle, where Beatrice wore a Sir Norman Hartnell–designed gown, a tiara, and jewels that previously belonged to her grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.
