Prince Harry says his wife became target to “racism” by sections of the British Press
The Home Office previously said that the Duke of Sussex would now not be allowed to benefit from security even if he paid for it himself with no burden on the taxpayer.
Mr Justice Swift granted full permission to review the Home Office’s decision on July 22nd and that his claim will undergo a judicial review The Executive Committee for Protection of Royalty and Public Figures said that Prince Harry’s point on one of the grounds should allow him “the opportunity to make representations to Ravec.”
The court ruled in favour that Ravec’s decision in February 2020 to not support his security arrangements while in the UK before informing him on their policy were legally unreasonable. The Prince, who now lives in California with his two young children, said he should have been told who the members of Ravec were, because he did not have the chance to discuss how suitable some people involved in the committee were in the process.
