Preston's transformative education and sports hub is still in the works as developers submit a second proposal with changes to original plans.
They say the security of young people on the site is paramount, and the plans are designed to provide a safe and secure space for them. A secure activity area will be in addition to the approved multi-use games area which will continue to provide opportunities for outdoor sport and recreation. Mr Sloane says in the application that the proposed activity area will provide a secure outdoor space for use by residents.
