Despite possibilities of snow on Monday and Friday, the Harrisburg area is expected to see relatively mild weather with high temperatures in the 50s most days this coming week, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday’s anticipated high of 56 will cool off to the low 40s on Monday, the NWS is projecting, with rain and a possible dusting of snow Monday evening. Temperatures mid-week will return to the 50s, the NWS is forecasting, with the possibility of snow returning late Thursday night and into Friday, with high temperatures agin dropping back into the 40s.Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 56. Southwest wind 7 to 12 mph becoming west 13 to 18 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.Mostly clear, with a low around 28. Northwest wind 6 to 11 mph becoming light north after midnight.
