Murder investigation into death of man in Portrush on Northern Ireland's north coast: portrush
A murder investigation has begun after the death of a man in Portrush in the early hours of Monday.
Police said they received a report that an injured man was discovered in Bath Terrace in the County Antrim town shortly after 02:20 BST.Police have appealed for anyone who was in the area on Sunday night or the early hours of Monday and witnessed anything to contact them.Church Pass, Bath Terrace and Bath Street have reopened to motorists and there is now pedestrian access between Bath Street and Arcadia.
Councillor Norman Hillis urged anyone with information to contact police. He said the Blue Pool area had a lot of apartments.
