The Woodlands area will soon join the charcuterie craze with a new franchise from snack-board catering chain Graze Craze opening in Shenandoah just before Valentine’s Day.
Like the name suggests, Graze Craze is a response to the “grazing” trend thatEach board is packed with an assortment of meats, cheeses, breads and spreads made for large events, random date nights or even a quick solo lunch. While the fad is new, Shenandoah franchise owner Faith Abshire said grazing is very much “old-school.”
A Louisiana native, Abshire said she moved from one food-loving region to another when she and her husband packed up for The Woodlands four years ago. As a “self-proclaimed chef," she decided to invest in Graze Craze’s second Houston-area location because the couple wanted to bring people together through food.
Customers can build their own board or choose from preexisting boards, from a snacky “CharCutie” Cup to the signature “Gone Grazey” board. The chain also offers vegetarian and keto options. What sets Graze Craze further apart, Abshire said, is its sauces, which are made in-house daily. The business also prides itself in its affordability and speed; the boards, which can feed up to 12 people, can often be prepped for same-day orders.
