Roasters announced they will shut their doors on Monday, January 9 for intense renovations.
It comes as boss Dan Smith plans for the establishment to become"the best in Glasgow" and has vowed to return in 2023 with “something special”. Posting on social media he said: “What I want to achieve is simple - I want Roasters to be THE place to go, not in Paisley but including Glasgow too. Big goal? Maybe. But I know it will happen.
