DeWine called this"absurd" and urged Congress to reassess regulations for trains carrying toxic substances.Two days after the controlled burn, officialsevacuated residents it was safe to return home. State and local health officials analyzed air quality samples from the derailment area and nearby residential neighborhoods and found the contaminants below the level of concern.
