U.S. Senate candidate Blake Masters backs an Arizona abortion law that bans the procedure after 15 weeks of pregnancy. It has no exceptions for rape or incest.

Arizona is attempting to enact much stricter abortion laws or even a ban, using either an old law or the new one.a court to allow a 1901 law that bans abortion, with no exceptions for rape or incest, to take effect. A ruling is expected after Sept. 20.a law that will take effect Sept. 24 that criminalizes performing an abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
