The prime minister says criminal gangs who bring small boats to the UK's shores know the current system can be exploited, adding that migrants can make a"multitude" of claims"to frustrate their removal". The proposal was unveiled by Home Secretary Suella Braverman in the Commons this afternoon, in a bid to deter the arrival of small boats.
