Police are trying to trace a man who was hit by a bus in Tameside this morning. The pedestrian was involved in a collision with a bus on Dukinfield Road in Hyde at around 5:30am on Saturday, Greater Manchester Police said.Officers say he is "likely to have received significant injuries" from the crash and that they are concerned for his welfare.
They are asking the man himself, or anyone who may have information about his identity, to come forward. He is described as being in his thirties of thin build and around 5ft 10ins tall with medium-length dark hair. He was wearing a dark-coloured top and shorts at the time of the incident. "If this is you, or if anyone has any information please contact Police on 101, quoting log number 659 of the 2nd July 2022," GMP said.
