Ryan Moss, 34, of Waterbank Row, Northwich has been jailed for three years
A man who ‘violently resisted arrest’ was caught with hundreds of pounds-worth of Class A drugs stashed in a Kinder egg.
Moss, of Waterbank Row, Northwich, “violently resisted arrest” but was then brought under control by officers using captor spray shortly after 7am on September 6.READ MORE: Member of alleged high-level criminal gang found with cocaine under spare wheel of Porsche, trial hears On Thursday Moss was jailed for three years at Chester Crown Court after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of class A and class B drugs between June 21 and September 6 of this year.The investigation into Moss began in June after police received information from the local community that he was dealing drugs in the Northwich area.
Following the sentencing Detective Constable Claire Heatley, of Northwich Proactive Policing Team, said: “During his interview Moss refused to answer any questions in relation to supplying drugs, however thanks to the information provided to us and the evidence we secured against him, he had no option but to plead guilty to all the charges against him.
