BREAKING: Police searching for missing walker in North Wales find body
Police had previously issued an appeal to help find the man, known only as Daniel.In an update, police said the body of a man had been discovered on Monday night in the Carneddau area of Eryri .
Formal identification has not yet taken place but police say Daniel's family have been informed and are being kept up to date. North Wales Police have thanked their partner agencies, volunteers and members of the public who helped with the search. In its initial appeal, North Wales Police said they believed Daniel went walking"somewhere in the area of Tryfan, Tregarth or Llanberis" on Sunday.
