Laurel Aldrige has not been seen since February 14 when she failed to turn up for a scheduled chemotherapy appointment
Police have issued a fresh appeal in the hunt for missing Laurel Aldrige, the sister-in-law of The Office actor Mackenzie Cook.
New photos released by Sussex Police show her on the day she went missing six days ago, wearing a turquoise fleece, a maroon tartan scarf, a brown hat and a grey puffer jacket.The force is asking members of the public who have driven around the Walberton area since 14 February to check their dashcam footage for any sightings of the 62-year-old.
Detective Sergeant Alan Fenn said Sussex Police is “continuing to pursue multiple lines of enquiry” and “may have information which could place Laurel’s last known location”. It comes after actor Cook, Ms Aldrige’s brother-in-law, appeared on television to ask members of the public to come forward with any information they might have related to her disappearance.Cook is best known for playing Gareth on The Office and has also played roles in Pirates of the Caribbean, Worzel Gummidge and The Detectorists.
