Police forensics are now at the scene in Glasgow after the death of a man. Full story:
999 crews attended the scene at a flat on Kennishead Avenue but he died a short time later at the scene.
Several marked police cars are at the scene at the block of flats in the city's Southside while a cordon has also been put in place by investigators. Unformed officers are also at the scene as the investigation is ongoing whilst specialist forensics carry out their evidence gathering at the block of flats.
It comes after police confirmed that they have arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with the incident.A Police Scotland spokesperson said:"Around 10.20 pm on Monday, February 13 2023, emergency services attended a report of a disturbance at a flat in Kennishead Avenue, Glasgow."A 31-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.
