An urgent appeal has been launched to find a missing Skelmersdale man. Police say they are concerned for the welfare of James Fitzmaurice.He is described as being 5ft 8in tall, cleanshaven with a shaven head and blue eyes. Jimmy was last seen wearing a black Montrex coat, which has red on the inside, a black cap, black tracksuit trousers and carrying a black holdall bag.He is said to have links to Skelmersdale.
