Police investigating the death of a man in Barrowford have charged a man with manslaughter eight months on.
Emergency services were called to reports of a sudden death in River Way on October 29 last year. The 45-year-old, later named as James O'Hara, was found at the address at around 5.20pm.
A Lancashire Constabulary spokesperson said: "A man has been given summons to appear at court following the death of a man in Barrowford. Police were called around 5.20pm on October 29 last year after a report of a sudden death in River Way.
