Street in theOfficers encountered the suspect near the parking lot of a gas station near Reseda and Burbank boulevards, the LAPD said, and that's where the shooting occurred.Authorities have shut down the southbound 101 Freeway off-ramp to Reseda Boulevard as they continue to investigate.
