The shooting happened just before midnight on Dec. 13 at the Sunoco gas station located at 2725 West Broad St.
The Columbus Division of Police said 21-year-old Andrew Combs tried stopping an armed robbery when he was fatally shot.
Police arrested the first suspect, 16-year-old Dreyton Johnson, in February. He is charged with murder. On Wednesday, police announced that 17-year-old William Armstead Jr. was arrested in Cincinnati. He is booked in the Franklin County Juvenile Intervention Center. He has been charged with murder and aggravated robbery.
