Police in east London are seeking a cyclist who may have interacted with the driver of a Tesla car shortly before a fatal collision in Shoreditch. The cyclist is believed to have vital information that could assist with the investigation. The Tesla driver has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.

Detectives who are investigating the incident believe that the cyclist in the picture may have had an interaction with the driver of the Tesla shortly before the crash. Detective Constable Phil Stokes from the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “We believe that the cyclist pictured can assist with our investigation and may have vital information.Anyone with information or dashcam footage relating to this incident is asked to call police on 101, or Tweet @MetCC quoting 6021/14Aug.We’ve noticed you’re using an ad blocker.
