Allow extra travel time and use caution while restrictions are in place between New River and Bumble Bee Roadwill require several overnight lane closures beginning Tuesday, Feb. 22. North- and southbound I-17 will be narrowed to one lane at multiple locations between New River and Bumble Bee Road so project crews can conduct geotechnical work. The Arizona Department of Transportation urges motorists touse caution around construction personnel and equipmentThe left lane of northbound I-17 will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. as follows:Near the Little Squaw Creek bridge overnight Sunday, Feb. 27; and Monday, Feb. 28.The left lane of southbound I-17 will be closed from 7 p.m.
Near New River overnight Tuesday, Feb. 22; Wednesday, Feb. 23; Thursday, Feb. 24; and Friday, Feb. 25.North of Bumble Bee Road overnight Monday, Feb. 28.
